Boss - Your the leader of the gang
UnderBoss - Your the second rank in command, you observe al activities throughout the gang.
O.G. - Your watch over all orders, and handel problems between gang members, and follow out orders from higher ranks.
Capo - You command the lower ranks such as, Youngin messanger and goon, with direct orders from higher ranks.
Goon - Your in the gang and have to listen to what your told to do
Messanger - you do all the bitch work, your still not in
Youngin - Your not in the set yet
